Course Overview
The Level 7 Diploma in Business Strategic Management and Leadership has been designed to develop and reward the business managers of today and the future, fostering recognition and professionalism within the management sectors. The Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is an MBA Advanced Entry course, offering learners 120 credits out of the 180 credits required to complete a full MBA. The course consists of 7 interactive modules and 6 written assignments, with approximately 40 guided learning hours per module.
In addition, each module includes 30-50 hours of optional learning materials, which include recommended exercises, readings, internet resources, and self-testing exercises.
Learners will also have access to 24/7 support, tutoring, and various other support mechanisms to aid in their studies.

To enroll in the Level 7 programme, you must meet one of the following criteria:
1.Option A: Be a university graduate or hold a Level 6 Diploma and be over 21 years old, or
2.Option B: Be a non-university graduate who is over 24 years old and has at least five years of managerial experience.
1.Finance for Managers
Learners will gain a comprehensive understanding of financial concepts and tools relevant to managerial decision-making, including financial accounting, management accounting, and financial analysis.
2.Strategic Direction
This module focuses on the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans. Learners will learn to analyze the external environment, assess organizational strengths and weaknesses, and formulate strategic goals and objectives.
3.Strategic Marketing
Learners will explore the strategic aspects of marketing, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and the development of marketing strategies to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
4.Human Resource Planning
This module covers the process of forecasting future human resource needs, planning for workforce requirements, and developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.
5.Marketing Strategy for Social Enterprise
Learners will learn to develop and implement marketing strategies for social enterprises, considering their unique mission, values, and target market. They will explore social marketing, cause-related marketing, and impact measurement.
6.Global Marketing
This module provides an overview of global marketing concepts and strategies, including international market entry, cultural differences, and global branding.
7.Strategic Management
Learners will gain a deep understanding of strategic management, including strategic analysis, strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation. They will learn to apply strategic thinking to address complex business challenges.
Upon completion of this course, students have the opportunity to top-up to an MBA programme at a range of UK universities. The Top-Up programme can be completed either online or on-campus. The MBA Top-Up comprises the final 60 credits, which includes either a dissertation or a dissertation and one additional module.

The Qualifi Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management course consists of 30 modules and 8 written assignments. Upon completion of the modules, students will gain access to the assignments. Each assignment is approximately 5,000-8,000 words in length.
Students will receive support for both the modules and assignments through the ‘Tutor’ section of the learning platform.
